2018年8月10日周五晚，虹桥社区纳凉晚会在黄金城道火爆开演，活动现场人山人海，居民热情高涨，给虹桥社区居民带来不一样的夏日，也丰富人们的文化生活。
On Friday evening, August 10, 2018, the Hongqiao Community Naliang Evening Party was held along Golden City Road. The activities were well attended by highly enthusiastic residents. For the participants, itwas a highlight oftheir summer days, enriching their cultural life.
晚会还未开始就已经赚足了人气，附近的居民早早地来占据较佳观赏位置，很多过路的行人也被晚会精心布置的舞台吸引，纷纷驻足围观。
Before the eventeven started, neighborhood residents arrived early to obtain the best view. Many passing pedestrians were attracted by the party’s elaborate stage, and stopped to watch.
本场演出可谓好戏连台，舞蹈、歌曲、诗歌、器乐演奏等节目轮番登场，异彩纷呈，观众也直呼过瘾。
Various performances provided viewers with a very enjoyable show featuring dancing, singing, poetry, instrumental performances and more in turn.

St. Michael Hospital, located on the Golden City Road, provides free clinical services for the Hongqiao Community Cool Party to improve the health of its residents. William, an American chiropractor at Shanghai TiantanPuhua Hospital, conducted a free spinal health assessment for residents.
William从事脊骨神经医学8年，擅长功能医学检测、整脊神经调整、体态训练和修复等，对于坐骨神经痛和椎间盘损伤治疗，头痛治疗，脊柱侧凸治疗和体位问题，疼痛治疗等方面具有丰富的诊疗经验。
With eight years’ experience in the field of spinal neurology, William is very capable in functional testing, spinal nerve regulation, body training and repair. He has a lot of experience in treating sciatica and intervertebral disc injury, headaches, scoliosis, postural problems, and pain resolution.
活动现场William纠正居民错误坐姿、站姿、运动习惯，解决现代人群中常见的腰酸背痛等问题，受到了社区居民的欢迎和好评！
At the event, William was able to correct residents' sitting and standing postures, exercise habits, and back pain issues. The community residents were very grateful for his assistance and care.
